Our team brings 60 years of combined industry experience, including more than 30 years of hands-on field experience from our Senior Field Engineer.

ATS is guided by locally accountable, owner-involved leadership and a disciplined operating method built around preparation, coordination, communication, and dependable follow-through. Before deployment, we review scope, site conditions, access, scheduling, equipment, materials, testing requirements, safety considerations, responsible contacts, and closeout expectations so our Field Engineers begin with clear direction.

Onsite, ATS verifies actual conditions, protects active infrastructure, coordinates responsible parties, and communicates technical findings as work progresses. Installations, repairs, and migrations are tested, labeled, photographed, and documented according to the approved requirements. ATS Telecom Contractor Development Program

Technical Training + Business Readiness

A structured development path for candidates who want to build practical telecommunications capabilities while learning how to establish and operate an independent telecom subcontracting business.

The program combines technical instruction, field-readiness development, and practical business education. It is not a government-registered apprenticeship, an offer of employment, or a guarantee of future project assignments.

Develop the Technician and the Business

Technical development may include commercial telecommunications and low-voltage fundamentals, tools, worksite safety, structured cabling, equipment installation, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, customer communication, project preparation, and professional closeout practices.
